These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and related landing pages (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Pulse Prospecting LLC (“Pulse Prospecting”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship

The Site is an advertising and lead generation service for law firms. Pulse Prospecting is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you in any legal matter. Any information on the Site is general information only and should not be relied on as legal advice.

Submitting information through the Site or speaking with our representatives does not create an attorney-client relationship. Any attorney-client relationship is solely between you and any law firm you choose to retain.

2. Lead Matching and Participating Law Firms

When you submit information through the Site, we may share it with one or more participating law firms or legal service providers so they can review your potential claim and decide whether to contact you. We do not guarantee that any law firm will accept your case or offer representation.

We do not endorse or recommend any particular attorney or law firm. The decision to hire an attorney is solely yours. You should carefully review any attorney’s qualifications and terms of representation before signing a retainer agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information you submit is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
• You will not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

4. Communications and Consent

By using the Site and submitting your contact information, you agree that Pulse Prospecting, its marketing partners, and participating law firms may contact you by phone, SMS, email, and other methods as described in our Privacy Policy and form consent language. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

We make no guarantees about:

• Whether any law firm will accept your case.
• The outcome of any legal matter.
• The amount of any settlement or recovery.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Prospecting and its owners, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your interactions with any participating law firm, or your reliance on any information provided through the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pulse Prospecting and its affiliates, owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your interactions or relationship with any law firm or legal service provider.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
